1. Shipping & Insurance Coverage
All orders shipped to the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington D.C.) enjoy free shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $12.99. Every shipment is protected under our service guarantee.
Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may incur additional shipping fees and longer delivery times. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
2. Delivery Service & “On-Time” Promise
Service: The Expedited delivery arrives in 3–4 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our local warehouse for the fastest possible transit.
Order Processing: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:00 PM (local time) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
On-Time Guarantee: We pledge delivery within 3-4 business days from the date your order is dispatched. If your package is delayed beyond this window due to issues within our carrier network, we will provide compensation in accordance with our guarantee program (e.g., shipping credit or partial refund).
3. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery window for each product is displayed on its respective product page. Our records show that over 95% of orders arrive within the promised 3-4 business days.
4. Understanding Delivery Delays
Please be aware that delivery services are not immune to delays. Unavoidable delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
Severe weather conditions (hurricanes, snowstorms, floods)
Major traffic disruptions or carrier service interruptions
Temporary technical issues with the carrier’s system

If your package appears to be delayed, please contact us immediately—we are always here to help.
Eligible delays: For delays caused by carrier network issues (not the uncontrollable circumstances listed above), we will proactively provide compensation as outlined in our guarantee program.
Non-eligible delays: Delays confirmed to be caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events are not eligible for shipping cost refunds. However, we will still work with the carrier to expedite delivery and keep you updated.
6. Tax Information
To ensure a transparent checkout experience, here’s what you need to know about taxes:
Prices Shown: The product prices you see while browsing do not include taxes.
Automatic Calculation at Checkout: When you enter your shipping address during checkout, our system will automatically calculate the correct sales tax, VAT, or GST (depending on your region) and add it to your order total.
See the Full Cost: The final order summary, right before you pay, will show a clear breakdown of all costs, including taxes.
Why It’s Required: We are required by law to collect these taxes. This means the tax is a mandatory part of your purchase and cannot be removed.
7. Shipment Tracking & Order Updates
Tracking Number Inquiry: After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment status in real time.
Order Modifications: To update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. No modifications can be made once the order has been shipped.
8. Damaged / Lost Shipments
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and damaged items. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Lost Shipments: If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 business days. We will initiate a carrier investigation and resolve the issue within 3-5 business days.
