1. Shipping Protection Service Coverage

Once you purchase the insurance, your products will be fully covered during the shipping process. Specific coverage includes, but is not limited to:

Lost Products: If your product is lost during shipping, you can file a claim in accordance with the insurance terms.

Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during shipping, the insurance will provide compensation.

Delayed Delivery: $5 compensation per order.

2. How to Purchase Shipping Protection

First, shop as usual and add the items you want to your cart. At checkout, select “Worry-Free Purchase” to receive comprehensive shipping protection.

3.Do I have to buy Seel Worry-Free Purchase?

Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection is an optional add-on protection that can be selected during the checkout process, to cover intransit issues like theft, lost, or damaged packages. If you do not wish to buy this protection coverage, simply remove it from your cart.

4. Is there any time limit for issue reporting?

To qualify for the payout, you’ll need to follow the reporting time requirements:

● Loss (package not delivered per carrier) -- Within 90 days of order date.

● Damage or theft (package marked "delivered")--Within 7 days of the "delivered" status update.

● All other issues--Within 90 days of order date.

●Please note these timeframes may vary, always check your confirmation email for your specific timeframes.

5. Cancellation

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Delivery purchase via email. Worry-Free Delivery is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.

Depending on the specific plan you chose, it may also cover accidental damage, which is usually not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

5. Returns and Exchanges

If you decide to return or exchange a product after purchasing the product protection plan, please notify us promptly. The product protection plan may be affected by the returns or exchanges, and specific conditions may apply. 6. Cancellation

Protection plans will be refunded to you in full if your order is canceled prior to fulfillment. If you decide to return your product or cancel the plan, depending on the duration since your purchase, Seel will issue a pro-rata refund, minus any claims that have been paid out.
